If I don't answer an E-mail in 48 hrs do not hesitate to send it again.
E-Mail me any Sanction requests that are not in yet, all the info does not have to be correct it can be changed on Flyer. They have to be in 70 days before event or I can not grant sanction, if you can not get form to work just send me info and I can fill out for you.
Flyers are due at least 50 days before or I have to cancel.
All results have to be done on a form that you get from NCCC web sight, E-Mailed to me within 15 days of event.
Please put who to contact for questions on results and E-mail address & phone Number so we can correct ASAP.
Results to entrants are due within 30 days after event. I do not do this, it is the clubs responsibility. Make sure you get all the entrants addresses &/or E-mail.
$0.75 per entrant fee (per car on rallyes and car shows) is to be paid to the region within 15 days of event.
Please make sure you sign all e-mails.
